Why we're covering the full primary range together
Primary school spans a wide range of independence and exam stakes, from Darjah/Standard 1 through the run-up to lower-secondary transition -- expectations should shift accordingly, not stay the same across six years.
What tends to matter more each year
Early on, consistency and parent involvement matter most. By Standard/Darjah 5-6, the report card's ability to flag specific weak topics becomes more useful as content gets more structured and exam-format practice becomes more relevant.
What we won't do
We won't publish an average grade-improvement figure across "primary students" as a group -- that number would flatten out huge individual variation and mean very little for your specific child.
